My name is Andy Milroy and I am the Co-ordinator of the Association of Road Racing Statisticians [ARRS} Our website is www.arrs.net
ARRS is attempting to document EVERY marathon held each year, with the winner - male and female - their times, the number of finishers, as well as the date and location of the event. So far for 2009 we have documented 2154 marathons world wide, with over 1,300,000 finishers.
We want to have more information on Thai Marathons and distance races and wonder if you are able and willing to help.
Your website is very useful in discovering what marathons are held in Thailand but discovering results from website in Thai is more difficult.
If you go to
http://www.arrs.net/MaraList.htm
you can see the marathons we have listed for 2009. Our listings go back to 1934, and we are working on lists back into the 1920s.
Your help with this enormous project would be much appreciated, and it would do much to raise the profile of Thai marathons.
